TT SUPERSTOCK: SUZUKI, HONDA E KAWASAKI SUL PODIO

Anche nella Superstock il 2005 ha portato novit? al regolamento. Da quest?anno infatti al TT sono state ammesse in questa classe le moto che partecipano ai campionati internazionali della categoria.

Le moto sono state ripartite come di consueto per numero di cilindri e cubatura:

Oltre 600cc fino a 1000cc per le 4 cilindri
Oltre 750cc fino a 1000cc per le 3 cilindri
Oltre 850cc fino a 1200cc per le 2 cilindri

Dopo il trionfo nelle classi Senior e Superbike la Yamaha cede finalmente il passo alla Suzuki GSX 1000 del neozelandese Bruce Anstey seguita a quasi un minuto dalla Honda CBR 1000 RR guidata da Ian Lougher. A chiudere il podio Ryan Farquhar che porta una verdona a solo un secondo dalla Honda. La prima delle Yamaha ? quarta nelle mani di Jason Griffiths.
